Sugar Rush

Chill out in the Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) to experience an unlimited delicious sugar rush like no other. This pink wonderland is a sweet dream space that houses multi-sensorial expressions of ice cream that appeal to multi-generational appetites.

The first MOIC was launched in New York, followed by a branch in Austin. Beyonce, David Beckham and Katy Perry are reported to be fans of this iconic attraction that has now made its way to Singapore’s sunny shores, the only one outside the USA.

Located within a 60,000-square-foot colonial barracks on Dempsey Hill, it comprises 14 multisensory and interactive installations to inspire the imagination. MOIC’s entertaining guides will take visitors on a 60 to 90-minute exploration through this enchanting space, with unlimited sweet treats to round off the experience. One of its best attractions, Sprinkle Pool, is the largest ever created and is an ideal spot for selfie or wefi.

We purchased our MOIC tickets months in advance and the long wait did not disappoint. From the moment our Grab dropped us off at the entrance on Dempsey Hill, the kids were already giddy with excitement.

Each room is dedicated to an activity, whether learning about ice cream, tasting ice cream or simply playing in all the cleverly designed ice cream installations.  It ticked all the right boxes! The sugar rush and our happiness index were sky high throughout the weekend.
